Everyone thinks they have a novel in them at some point in their lives. I always found the opening line so freaking intimidating I never started. So now I'm almost 65 and I really don't care if I have a special talent for writing or not. Being old really does set you free. Anyhow.. this is what this silly blog will be about.. the absolute joys and total freedom of getting older.

They're a couple of real old broads that totally speak their minds - whether you agree withthem or not, it's great blog because they're great writers because they don't hold back - something you know a thing or two about. Congrats and good luck on this new endeavor!
